Francisco Aguirre Jiménez - Before engaging with the media this businessman from the State of Jalisco worked in the banking sector and was also the owner of various nightclubs in Mexico City. In 1965 he founded Organización Impulsora de Radio, which later transforms into Grupo Radio Centro. Three years later Aguirre Jiménez won the concession for the band XHDF-TV Canal 13, which in 1972 he handed over to the Mexican state.
