Azteca Uno (Canal 13 XHDF-TV)
In January 2018, the formerly known Azteca Trece turned into Azteca Uno. The channel keeps its programmes focused on entertainment and news. In 2017 the directors of Canal 13 and 7 were relieved from their positions and in their place Alberto Ciurana was appointed. He was the former Vice President of Televisa, which is the direct competition of Azteca.

According to the glossary of the anual report for investors of TV Azteca S.A.B: “TV Azteca” refers to “TV Azteca, S.A.B. de C.V., its subsidiaries and affiliated companies according to the context in which they engage”. However, in different parts of the report it is not clear to which company it is referred to when speaking of “TV Azteca”.
TV Azteca S.A.B de C.V. in its anual 2016 report, discloses that Banco Azteca S.A. (institution of Banca Múltiple in its character as trustee under the Trust Fund contract F/710 and F/555) and Grupo Elektra S.A.B de C.V are the majoritarian shareholders of Comunicaciones Avanzadas S.A de C.V. Whereas for shareholders who are private individuals it only reports that Esther Salinas Pliego and Gabriel Roqueñi have a total of 0.0003% of the shares.
